At Creō Studios, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn, tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
